HomeCare Program

Each week we will come to your home and do a walk though of the property. We look to make sure everything is in order and up to standard. We are your eyes and ears in Jackson Hole and will be reporting to you if anything needs attention. These services are provided for a low monthly fee which is determined by the size of your home and location in the valley. The HomeCare Program can range between $200 - $500 a month.

HomeCare Program Additional Services

Above and beyond the basics, we provide services that enhance your HomeCare Program. Any number of these services can be arranged at any point in time throughout the year for an additional fee. The most commonly requested services are listed below. We also take special requests.

24-7 Alarm System Response, Mail and Package Services, Airport Car Shuttle, Auto Detailing, Service Coordination includes, but is not limited to, the following; House Cleaning, Window Washing, Washer/Dryer Deep Clean, Carpet Cleaning, Porch Wash and Stain, Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Hot Tub Maintenance, Basic Repair Work, Grocery Delivery, Improvement Projects, and more.

This keystone program is intended to work in partner with one, or both, of our revenue share programs, see below for details on each. These programs generate revenue through vacation or extended stay rentals. This service ensures the consistent level of care, while the revenue programs help offset the operating costs of your asset.

Vacation Home Program

Jackson Lodging Co. offers a Vacation Home Program to homes located in Jackson Hole. This service focus is to rent homes and condos on a short-term basis by obtaining leases for several nights, weeks or months. We understand that your home is an investment and financially needs to help cover its own costs. Therefore we take that into careful consideration, amid the current rental market, when determining the appropriate asking rate for any given length of time.
