Cora Mikkelsen, the owner and main business operator, has been care taking and renting investment properties in Jackson Hole since early 2006. She has made a niche in leasing investment properties as vacation and long-term rentals. Her philosiphy was to trade the old business model of high quantity of inventory and low quality of customer care for higher quality rentals and a specific focus on customer service. The concept has proven to be successful for both her and her homeowners.
